Need reports on AR clerks performance

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) Question
 Community members,

The current client has manual process for the receipt entry and application. We are trying to convince them to go for the lockbox. In the meantime, they would like to have some type of reports that will give them the details of the performance of each of the cash clerk.

Has anyone done this? Key Performance Indicator report from AR does not give this type of information.

Appreciate all help on the subject.
