Web ADI - Reopened Period still shows as CLOSED in Web ADI

 Hi, I opened the period AUD-09 in Prod so Corporate Accounting and Division can load any adjusting 2009 journal entries to the period AUD-09. When some accountants uploaded their journal entries using the Web ADI CorpProd did not recognize the period AUD-09 being opened. This period was earlier Closed and now re-opened. Please advise Regards Raghuram
