Error in Reversing Journals

Hi,

We have been receiving error as 'You cannot reverse this source. Record will be cleared' even though we dont have any records to be reversed. This message pops -up the moment we open Journals ---> Generate ---> Reversals.

Can someone shed light on this on why this is happening.
