The pick release program is not picking up in ready for release status

hi Experts,

 

We are figure out why the pick release program is not picking up certain order, at minimum the lines that are on-hand and available for picking.  The low priority only runs once/day, but it should have picked up this order by now; since the order was ready for pick up on February 12th.  I have tried everything mentioned in note 367761.1 but joy.
