R12 - Entering receipts fields in a certain order

I can only enter the data of a receipt filling the fields in a certain order, like tabbing field by field. I can not fill the fields of the receipts in any an order. In R11 i could do that thing with no problems, without a certain order. Is something wrong with the form or the set up?
