What is the standard functionality of Process Manufacturing Development Group Disposition?

Is changing the group disposition in Oracle Process Manufacturing Product Development 11.5.10 standard functionality when all of the samples are compete? What we would like to see is a group disposition automatically set to accept when all of the individual samples are accept.
