Support Synchronization - Best Practices

When it comes to Working Effectively with Support, it really boils down to one key area: Synchronization.
The more synchronized you are with support, fewer service requests are created (yeah) and the ones that are created are solved quicker (double yeah)

Let's break down Support Synchronization best practices:

Pre Service Request
Have you installed Configuration Manager and reviewed the Healthchecks and Patch advice?
Using OCM in connected mode might as well be called synchronized mode

Have you setup proactive email alerts and notifications?
Synchronize what you know with what Support knows - when we know about it.
