UNABLE TO ACCESS LIVE RESPONSIBILITY ASSIGNED TO MY USER in R12

 Hello All, I have been using the Application diagnostics responsibility all week, but when I logged in this morning it was not in the list of Responsibilities assigned to me in the home page. When I went into the Systems Adminstrator responsibility & attempted to assign it to me, it said it was allready assigned. The responsibility was accessible by other users, but not shown in my user screen when I tried to pick it up to see if it had been end dated for my user.

The responsibility itself was not end dated.

In the end I had another user run the diagnostics for me, but I would like to get access back in my user.
