Contact Phone Number
We have recently noticed that when viewing a Requisition and we click on ‘Details’ then expand ‘Show Additional Information’ the ‘Contact Phone’ field is blank. I believe that this field is hard coded by Oracle and does not allow personalization (the field is rendered, however). I have added the phone number to both the General tab and the Contacts tab in the appropriate Supplier Site, in a test system and created new Requisitions, but the field continues to remain blank. This is on 11.5.10.2. I would appreciate any suggestions.
