Upgrade from Tools release 8.96 to 8.98

Hi All,
Has anyone upgraded from Tools release 8.96 to 8.98. If yes how has been the experience and how did your system behave with the upgrade. Did it better/worsen the performance. Did is do any Good/Bad to the system.
