is there anyway to recalculate tax on Imported transactions from OM?

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) Question
We have around 3600 invoice with 4555 Lines in total in incomplete status imported from order Management Through Auto invoice. Now theres a change in Tax calculation on a particular Product intoduced by the tax auhority.

We have updated the tax structure in EBT but that will only take effect when it gets recalculated in Transaction.

Is there anyway to recalculate tax on Invoice?
