ORA-06508 / ORA-04068 / ORA-04065 on valid packages in Oracle 10.2.0.4 RAC

Red Hat Linux AS5.3,  Oracle 10.2.0.4  RAC, 3 nodes , 64bit .

Nobody modify any database objects , but the procedure "SP_A" did not run ,

but its status is VALID ,  we recreated  and recompiled it , it work fine .

error message : 

ORA-04068: existing state of packages has been discarded
ORA-04065: not executed, altered or dropped stored procedure "SP_A....
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called
ORA-06512: at line 1
