Error message at Non-Catalog request '## Detail 0 ## java.lang.NullPointerException '

when try to add a Non-Catalog request to shopping cart i receive Error message "You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance"

by tracing the error it show that:-

OAException: java.lang.NullPointerException
_OA._jspService(_OA.java:212)
## Detail 0 ## java.lang.NullPointerException

i modified the profile option [ICX: Client IANA Encoding] value from "Arabic (ISO-8859-6)" to be "Unicode (UTF-8)"

No progress occurred
