Zero On-hand Quantity on Supply/Demand Detail Form

On the Supply/Demand Detail form (Inventory > Item/Supply Demand), On-hand Quantity remains zero for the item but on the bottom part of the form, there is an Intransit Receipt transaction with Available Quantity of 50.  Via back-end, this transaction also has Onhand_Quantity of 50 in mtl_supply_demand_temp table and Quantity_Shipped and Quantity_Fulfilled of 50 also in oe_order_lines_all table.  What could be the reason why the On-hand Quantity is still zero?
