How to read REDOLOGS entries

Hello all,
I want to know about Redologs that..

How can we read REDOLOGS ?  what are the steps?  could you please specify link of the documents.

and can we  find out whole schema structure from RedoLogs or not ?

can we have the Password of Username in which these entries have been made?

please do the needful...
