Reorder Phases/ Tasks from Schedule Tab

Is there a way to reorder the Phases or Tasks from the Schedule tab, if we have any new tasks in the project that come in and needs to be ordered? or by chance if we have missed any, how dowe add in the middle of the tasks? Suggestion please if any
