Mulitiple Set of Books (Organizations)

 If I have multiple set of books, do I need to create a separate Desktop Integration responsibility and assign the respective GL: Set of books profile to each one?

Other note on the same topic.   I removed the set of books that I initially assigned to the Desktop Integration responsibility thru GL Set of Books name profile option just to see the results.  When user tries to create a document the following message appears.  "Oracle.apps.bne.exception.BneInvalid Exception :A set of books is needed to create this document. Please have your Oracle sysadmin assign a set of books to your  User Profile through GL Set of Books name profile option"
