Asset retired, showing in CIP adjustment

Hi all,

We have an issue...an asset was added in Nov09 as CIP,  capitalised in Jan2010. Ran depreciation for Jan and Feb2010. Retired in Feb2010 with back date as Jan2010.

The total value of asset is shown in CIP adjustment. Please advise.
