How do you tune edit contracts from Procurement contracts

 Hi all,
I'm wondering if there is a way to edit a contract apart from changing the clauses in oracle. Is it possible to save it outside oracle as editable document? Great thanks. In R12.1.1 it seems to be possible but how do you deal with it in R12.0?
