Can we receive RMA in a different OU than original order shipping OU?

Hi,

This is regarding RMA. I have a scenario where original sales order is booked in US OU and shipped out of UK OU.  The RMA is booked in US OU referring the original sales order and line. Can it be received

a) in US OU instead of in UK OU from where it is shipped? If so, will the original COGS Transaction get reversed?

b) in India OU(which is neither shipping nor booking OU) instead of in UK OU from where it is shipped? If so, will the original COGS Transaction get reversed?
