Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How can I create a claim with negative amount?

Hi,

I would like to know how can we create a claim for a credit memo in case of overpayment.

For example, we can create a claim for deductions when there is a short payment at the receipt level.
