Installing E-Business Suite with on iSCSI drives

Hi,
I'm looking for advice on how to layout a new installation of the E-Business Suite on Microsoft Windows 2003 with iSCSI drives, especially whether to mount the iSCSI drives as drive letters or as mount points similiar to NFS mounts in Unix.
