Collection: Last Promise Amount is Null in Account Details

 Hi,
In the collection part of Oracle Receivables, in the call form, we have the possibility to enter a promise date and a promise amount for a specific invoice. I entered these information and also the topic part.

When I am in the customer details windows, some columns are hidden: last promise amount, last promise date. I display them but these colums are null.
The data entered in the call forms are not shown.

Do you have any idea why?
