Copy data from old database to new database

 Hi,
I have an old 9.2 database with invalid objects for sys in it and I want to copy all the data over to a new 11.1 database.  I don't want to do a full export/import because it would copy the invalid sys objects over with it.  But I need all the objects, user, grants, and rows that a full export would contain. 

Any ideas as to what would be the best way to do this?
