Enhanced Pricing and Modifiers

With the technical difficulties of the webinar, I didn't get to pose any questions.

The Test Scenarios were applying a discount or surcharge at the line-level based on the line total.

In the U.S., a more common business scenario for Indirects/MRO would be a supplier offering a 10% discount based on ORDER total, irrespective of whether that was for 1 item or 10 items. Freight surcharges would be handled in a similar manner (whether free freight for high-value orders, or escalating freight charges as the total amount increased).

My question is this: 

1) Does the R12 functionality support using the modifier at the Order-level in Purchasing? I didn't think it did, but can't confirm in my own system (still can't get the Enhanced Pricing checkbox to show in Document Styles).
