P4314 not pulling in open orders from FORM / Orders to Match

 I'm just attempting to configure for doing 2-way matches on a specific doc type (OS) and, though I appear to have the orders at the right status and have double-checked my processing options settings, I don't see the orders.  NOTE - From my documentation, I am working on the premise that all I need to do is enter the PO (in this case the OS), print it to bump the statuses and then I should be able to execute a 2-way match.  Apoligies for my inexperience - any help would be appreciated.
