Localisation for Singapore Implementation....

 Dear Friends,
We are doing an implementation for our client in Singapore.  When it comes to Localisation we could not see the menus/menu functions appearing for the login.

Can any of the folks help me in finding the required menus (please list the name of the menus). Singapore GL, Singapore Payables, Singapore Receivables or any other menus also to be there.

What is the navigation to pull them from the sysadmin responsibility if they are not enabled for the user.
