OMG for MQ Series

There was a question from one of our application vendors that their products uses IBM IMQ Series and that since our database is oracle, we should install Oracle Message Gateway so the communication can
be done back and forth between oracle db and mq series using OMG

My questions:
What is Oracle Message gateway in simple terms defined?

Is it a separate product that we have to buy licence or bundled with oracle enterprise database licence?

Is there OMG available for IBM MQ series (is this ibm websphere right)

We already have tuxedo, Can this not be done by tuxedo or web logic?
