Custom credit check holds

Is it possible to setup custom credit check holds? I know that the standard credit check hold is seeded.

Even if it is possible, how would imported orders that go through the credit check process be able to tell which credit check hold to apply if there was more than 1? Anyway I don’t think it’s possible to disable the standard seeded credit check hold.
