Information on available patch/pachsets for 11g R1 and 11g R2

Hello,
As per information from the below link i found the following information:---

Please clarify us regarding following pieces of information:---
  1. Oracle database 11.1.0.7 is available only for Microsoft Windows Server 2008( 32-bit and 64 bit) and not others(Windows XP Service packs, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Unix, Linux etc...).
  2. Oracle database 11g R2 is not available for Windows 32-bit( mean to say Windows OS).
  3. Is 8970709 (Patch number) released on Oct 2009, the latest Oracle CPU patch available for version 11.1.0.6?
  4. Was there any latest CPU patch released  for Oracle 11g R2 and Oracle 11g R1 (11.1.0.7)?
