10.2.0.1 on Windows 2008 Server Enterprise

I have been unable to install Oracle Clusterware on Windows 2008 Server Enterprise Edition:  Has anyone successfully complete this install and, if so, what versions were used?  We used 10.2.0.1.0 on Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise 6.1.7600 Build 7600 on Dell PowerEdge M610 x64.
We have run into multiple problems with this install so, initially, I'd like to know if anyone has complete the clusterware install (FYI - 11.1.0.7.0 Oracle clusterware did begin install, but we aborted).
