Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. When import Bom and Routing using Oracle BMCOIN get error: You must specify a locator for a routing

When I tried to import routings , some of them fail with :

"You must specify a locator for a routing &ASSEMBLY_ITEM_NAME because it's item attribute Restrict Locators is set to Yes."

How can I fix this?

Our environment is R12.1.1
