How to run oracle.sysman.emcp.agent.AgentPlugIn: ?

I fix the TZ (timezone) environment variable now I have to run  oracle.sysman.emcp.agent.AgentPlugIn, how to do it. The system admin already run the root.sh of patchset 10.2.0.5.  solaris 5.8 monitoring a Oracle Database Enterprise Edition version 9.2.0.8.0
