Project Roles and Jobs

 Hi All,

We are implementing Project Resource Management.

Currently we have numerous number of jobs.

Is it still a good idea to define a unique role corresponding to each job or do we have any other option

Also we have HR job group, Master Job group and Projects job group.

To which job group typicall the roles are tied to? I am assuming it should be projects job group.
