DataGuard STandby can't archive (no available destinations)

I am just setting up my first DG configuration using 11.2.0. I have created the Standby (phys) and it appears redo apply is working because I created a table on the primary and i can see it on the standby now with rows in it. I am getting this in the standby logfile/trace:
