XDK 9i Installation - Error when running xdkload.bat

 I downloaded the XDK 9i Production for PL/SQL from the Oracle official site, and I tried to install it to my Oracle Database, version 8.1.7.4. According to the document of this XDK, the package can be installed in 8i version of the database.

I downloaded the one for Windows NT because I am using Windows platform. I unzipped the package in my Oracle Home directories. I did that in both 9i and 10g's Oracle Home directories.

Then I tried the steps to install the stuffs to the Database. First I ran the env.bat to set the environment variables. Afterwards, I ran xdkload.bat. This is my input:
