How to shutdown domU

 Hello all,

Is there a way to send a shutdown signal to all of the domU's on the VM server. I want to create a shutdown script just in case we have a power outage. The mechanism is simple ... the UPS send's a signal to the VM server and then it sends shutdown signals to all of the guests. I it doesn't have this option then i have to register each guest on the ups but this is a pain in the neck.
