Automated feed from external financial to populate Daily exchange rates process

 We are on release 11.5.10.2 of Oracle financial application. We are analyzing the implementation of multi-currency in this environment. For Currency Daily Rates information we have the following questions:

    1- Is there a Oracle process that we can use to populate the currency daily rate from external financial

        source?

    2- Does anybody automated this process and using the connection vi ftp, ssl, etc... to a external financial source?

     3- Is there a 3rd party solution for this end to end solution?

We do not want manually enter the Daily Rates via Oracle form in GL application.

Any feed backs, suggestion in this area greatly apperciated.
