Agile viewer Upgrade for FileManager not coming

 Hi,
When we are installing Agile viewer 19.3 on a windows machine that has Agile 9.3 Filemanager , the viewer installer is not installing the client libraries.

And because of that the Viewer is failing for the Filemanager installed on Windows server. Any one has any idea?
