How can I set up work day calendar?

 Hi,

I want to set up Work day calendar in Accounts Payable for 2010 (P00071). I can only introduce a two digits number in the Calendar year field (which I suppose is 10). When I click Add to move forward, the imported calendar year is 1910, century 20. If I introduce 09 in the same field, the imported calendar year is 2009, but still century 20.

Should I set up the century first and where can I do that?
