How can we have a centeralized spfile that can be used by the cluster nodes?

Hi,

Two  windows servers clustered by Veritas.
Each server has a local  home directory hosting binaries and spfile.
We're consolidating spfile to be one and need to move it to a shared drive to eas management.

There is a way on windows server to do this? kind of symbolic link we do have on Linux/Unix env.
