FSG : How to fixed period ( POI ) for a column

Dear Guys

I have to create two column report. One is based on YTD-Actual ( current period : March-2010) and second column is based on Jun-2009 balance.

If I am use offset option and put  -10 months , I can get the figure but when I run this report on any other perion ( not in current month ) , system adopts any other period balances in 2nd column.

I want to show Jun-2009 ending balances(last year ended balances ) in 2nd columns whether report runs in current period or any other periods.
