Oracle 9i Client Installation

I would like to install a Oracle 9i Client on a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 (Enterprise Edition) service pack2, that is a part of a clustered environment (Cluster aware). Do I need a special client? Where can i find installation instructions? Please assist
