Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Where can I download install files for Siebel Tools Clients 8.1.1 & 8.2.1 for Windows XP?

My current install files are giving me issues and so I'd like to check if I have the complete and correct install files first.
