Database Configuration Pack

I'm looking through the 'Management Pack Access' section of my 10gR2 Enterprise Manager and I have three options that I can either Grant Access or Remove Access to:
Database Diagnostics Pack
Database Tuning Pack
Database Configuration Pack
The first two I'm familiar with, but the last one I'm not.  Can anyone verify if this is Enterprise Manager's Configuration Management Pack for Oracle Database?
