Backing Up OEM GC

 I have a server that is dedicated to Enterprise Manager GC.  Recently, following the document "Guide: Installing Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Grid Control Rel 5 on Oracle Database 11g and Linux" written by Mike Revitt, I have managed to install and have up and running a clean install of OEM. 

How can I back up my OEM installation?  Is it as simple as shutting down the repos db, doing an opmnctl stopall, and then just copying my EM directory structure and its contents?
