Number of Periods to Upgrade
Customer has a question about the number of periods to ugrade and the impact. We understand the reason for the default 6 periods (reversals, credit memos etc.) but what do customers usually do? Just do the 6 periods and then do a post upgrade of periods as needed? Are there any gotchas that are not part of the user guide or any documents to review as to what other customers have done? I've been searching but have found nothing specifically addressing issues/impacts regarding the number of periods. Thanks.
