Using personal edition in master to master replication

Hello everyone,
I am investigating a configuration which entails the following:
1. Oracle Personal Edition 11.2, n-way replication with Oracle Streams.
2. Oracle Enterprise Edition 11.2 n-way replication with Oracle Streams.
The idea is there is one database which holds all the data, configured with Oracle Enterprise Edition.
The other 39 databases holds a subset of the data and will be installed on a laptop with Oracle personal edition, and is of course a single user environment.
Prerequisites
1. There will be more or less 40 m-m configurations
2. The m-m connection is not permanent, the connection can be offline for weeks or months.
3. Replication has to be automatically engaged when the connection comes online.
