Report Manager - Report format

 Hi,
I have download a FSG report from report manager, updated a report template in excel and uploaded back to report manager. When I run the FSG report in report manager, I am getting a correct output in PDF and XML. But, When I taking a report in excel, it is only showing me color change, deleted lines, but it is not showing me additional lines, which I have added to FSG template file. In PDF it is showing all line.

is any one face the same problem. We are on R12.1.1
