Oracle not starting after reboot

 Hello

I have just upgraded my Linux 2.6.18-53.el5 system from Oracle 10.2.0.1 to 10.2.0.4

However, now after a reboot Oracle fails to start and I get the following SQL Error

sqlplus uoke/uoke

SQL*Plus: Release 10.2.0.4.0 - Production on Tue Mar 2 13:42:26 2010

Copyright (c) 1982, 2007, Oracle.  All Rights Reserved.

ERROR:
ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist
Linux Error: 2: No such file or directory

ERROR:
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

SP2-0157: unable to CONNECT to ORACLE after 3 attempts, exiting SQL*Plus

Any ideas?
